This sand stone home was a great find. We took all of the walls down to the studs, removing the old lath and plaster. Every room has been insulated, dry walled, and painted. We updated the electrical and put new lighting throughout the house. The original wood floors have been refinished and the kitchen, bathroom and entry received new tile. The kitchen received new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. The bathroom also received new fixtures and a custom built shower. The key feature of this home is the newly built four-seasons room with cathedral ceilings and a slider leading to the back deck and in-ground pool. We finished off the house with a new roof, new front entry, and landscaping.
