With the change in the local economy, Hen House Properties has also taken on work in Foreclosures in Western Michigan. We work with the local realtors and banks to remove personal belongings and trash left behind by the previous owners, clean, and re-key foreclosed properties.

Foreclosure Clean-Ups

Unfortunately not every eviction or foreclosure goes smoothly. Often times the evicted resident or former owner will vacate the property with some of their belongings and trash still in the house, as well as walls or flooring that needs to be repaired. The property is then unlivable for the next resident or not ready to show to potential buyers. We specialize in removing those belongings and trash, cleaning, and making small repairs, making the property ready for the next resident or buyer.

Property Re-keying

When a tenant or owner vacates the property the locks often need to be changed. We are experienced in re-keying single resident homes, as well as multi-unit complexes. In many instances we will change the locks within 24 hours of being contracted.
